Hello Rachel, my name is Kristen and I fortunately came upon your blog in response to a positive possible solution to help save your credit and not go through with a foreclosure! I am working for Income Estates, and they are currently looking to help individuals stop the foreclosures from happening.
If you would like to talk to them your self and discuss this matter it would be no problem.
Where do you reside at?
Our office is in Glendora so if it is possible to meet in person great! Feel free to call my office at 626 963 7126. If I'm not available ask to speak with Giovanni and he'll talk in more details if you would like to stop this forclosure.
Hope we can help!
Thanks for your time
Sincerely,
Kristen

If they have not foreclosed on you yet, you need to file for bankruptcy.
Make sure it is Chapter 13. chapter 7 guarantees that you lose the house, car, and other valuables.
You can file as late as the date before the foreclosure sales.
For further answers, I would need more details.
You can reply at my e-mail below.

I am sorry to hear about your foreclosure.
Anyway, I will subject you contact your mortgage finance company and tell them that you are going on a short sale with a selling price lower for the house.
If the Bank accept it try your best to get a contract and get out clean and save your credit record.
Bonne Chance,

If you are already in foreclosure, you can get a loan modification.
If fyou don't want to keep the house, you can do a short sale to avoid having a foreclosure on your credit report.
